Upside down on the Cerritos. Spoilers.
A really fun and fantastic episode. It’s a really good use of all the callbacks, good use of character, and a fun plot. My only criticism is that I wanted more of the ‘skits’ in the simulators, as they were a lot of fun. But if they’d done that there wouldn’t be a lot of other episode left over.
I do have a suspicion it doesn’t work for everyone though. There is a lot of time spent in the simulators for not a lot of purpose beyond being fun callbacks and character pieces. And the ‘command crew goes lower deck’ premise is really underdelivered. Add a fairly rote plot resolution and I could see some people not digging this one. But for me it was a strong balance.
