Harry and Tuvok have brain transplants with teenagers in high school.
OK, that’s not the plot. But as the actual plot is an incredibly stupid one where Harry decides love is too hard, wants to control his emotions, and then gets jealous as he thinks Tuvok is stealing his girl – I prefer my plot. At least it doesn’t ruin perfectly good characters.
It crawls out of *The Way to Eden* territory in the final third, going from eye-coveringly awful to merely bad, as it at least turns out to not be yet another sentient Holodeck character, just a very advanced alien. Other than that, the worst thing Voyager has turned in so far.
